This game in pve aspect far excels compared to other games I have played. We can all whine about similarities like 'fed-ex quests' and 'grinning for exp/sunspear points' but it aint bad after you have done em and compare to neverending grinning of other games.
What drives is the storyline and most importantly, MASSIVE improvements over previous chapters that allows players enjoy the same old game even more!
Thanks for listening and creating a game for the players and making it better everyday!

I've submitted a sparkling review of nightfall to Gamefaqs, and that was with me trying to nitpick, but I couldn't complain.

This is superb! Beautiful, detailed, love it best of all there are genuine laugh out loud moments & not just because of crummy dialogue ^^ then again the "play" re-inactment of prophecies WAS funny because of crummy dialogue
Think Anet have been playing Final Fantasy series or summat for a bit of inspiration. Gratz n GJ

A cheer from me also. Nightfall is without doubt far better than Factions, and as good as, if not better than the original. One things for sure, it's the best looking by far.
As a fellow industry proffesional, I congratulate you guys on this fantastic piece of work. The art is nothing short of amazing...

Nightfall is for PvE, what Factions was, for PvP

No, contrary to popular opinion, BOTH sides of the divide hated factions. Nightfall has *good* pve AND pvp (so far at least)

I agree - Nightfall has made my year.
After my personal big disapointment with Factions, playing Nightfall is like playing Prophecies again - full of fantastic new things that make you really want to play that extra hour or so after you ought to be in bed.
Having said that I realise the amazing effort that went into Factions. As I say its a personal taste thing and kudos to Anet for trying something different.

I'm enjoying NF a whole lot and I'm acually happy about the fact that I've only just now reached the mainland and that I have almost no idea what I have to expect. So much left to enjoy! Ty ANet
Btw, I love all that new stuff that has been added, as GranDeWun said, it's like a whole new game!
